Shipping policy

Shipping:

  • All in stock orders are shipped within 3 business days
  • Tracking is available once order has been shipped
  • All items are carefully packed. Minor wear and tear on sealed product packaging is normal and doesn't affect the product inside.
  • Transit times are estimates. We are not liable for delays due to the carrier.
  • All cancellations will incur a 10% fee.

Damages/Claims:

  • All damage claims must be reported within 72 hours of delivery with photo/video evidence (package, shipping label, merchandise, packing list). No resolution will occur unless we have this information.
  • PokeMooseTCG is not responsible or liable for lost packages after being handed over to the shipping carrier.
  • PokeMooseTCG is not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages after confirmed delivery by the shipping carrier.
  • Any claims for non-delivery must be made directly with the carrier and/or local authorities.
